New phone problema

people are getting my messages through my email and not phone number, how can i fix that?

In Settings, go to Messages > Send & Recieve, and make sure that your phone number is checked under "Start new conversations from."

iPad is sending messages from my email instead my phone number? Every time I send messages from my ipad it keeps sending from my email instead of my phone number I have a IPhone 7 Plus and my iPad is 7th generation both are Up to date both are synced properly (well apparently not) but I have followed all steps not sure what I am missing?
