My current iOS update is 12.5.5 and most of my apps require higher so I can’t use my apps

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

iPhone 6 cannot run any version of iOS higher than iOS 12.

If you need a higher version of iOS to run apps, you will have to buy a newer iPhone.
