Two Things to Try:
Restore from a Time Machine Backup;
Have a TMB that you Made? If so, then restore your Mac from a TMB that contains these items. Important: Start by creating a Time Machine backup of your Mac, so that you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Browse iCloud Desktop:
Go to iCloud, and interact with it there: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive.
