Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
You can try the links provided in the other post The specifically mention Face ID but if they do not work go to the last step saying to Contact Support. Ignore they other 3 links regarding iMessage and FaceTime, they are incorrect and have nothing to do with Face ID and you will just waste your time.
