I have an XR IOS 14.7 and I can't update to IOS 15 why?

How can I update from 14.7 to IOS 15? I don't get the option to update

Check if that 14.7 version is a "beta" version.

Should be this case, follow these instructions:--> How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software - Apple Support
