Why am I still receiving calls from people I have blocked? I don’t get the text messages from blocked numbers, but their calls still come through. I really need answers quick before I have to change my number again.

Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Since your iPhone seems to already be up to date try unblocking one of the numbered and Restart your iPhone - Apple Support then go back and block the number again…see if that helps.
