Lost my iphone 13

Hi, Recently I ordered an iphone 13 which got lost, I have spoken to the agreement department and they suposed to call me back within 1h but no one did? What shall I do in this case as loong as I have apple coverage for theft or lost????

Hello ~ To be clear…have you received the iPhone and if so had you set it up yet? If so was Find My activated?
