When transferring to a new phone, my phone crashed and is stuck on Apple logo screen.

I have purchased the iPhone 13 pro and wanted to transfer my data from my old iPhone 11 to the new 13 pro. In the process of that happening, the iPhone 11 crashed and got stuck on the Apple logo screen. What can I do to awaken my iPhone 11 and complete this transfer of data?
