If the playlist was an Apple Music playlist or a playlist from someone who's shared their playlist, use the "Browse" feature in Apple Music to find it.

If this is a playlist you've created, the playlist is removed from iCloud Music Library rendering it inaccessible to all devices you're using which means you'd have to create it again.
