Apple ID and or factory reset an IPhone SE

Is there anyway I can reset my Apple ID password or can I go to like my Google account and get into my activity and go to some thing to find my Apple ID password or can I just factory reset my whole phone and get a new Apple ID and or password is there anything that works for losing your Apple ID password or like if you’re a little sister come over and go onto your phone and changed your Apple ID password and now you have no clue what it is and your phone is slowly but surely shutting down it won’t hardly work I can’t download anything I can’t install any apps I can’t even call or get text messages like it’s insane and my Internet is becoming so slow

A forgotten password should not affect the ability to get phone calls, send/receive texts. or slow down the Internet.

You are much better off recovering your old ID than creating a new one. If you create a new one then anything you did with the old one will be lost, including any purchases you made from Apple.

It sounds like you are in the process of Account Recovery. Read the article for details.

Realize you just shared a code with the entire world that said not to share it with anybody.

Since you don't have the password, anything that requires your Apple ID won't work. Did you read the below, which is from the link Limnos posted?

If you submitted your account recovery request with iforgot.apple.com through your device's browser, you should avoid using that device during this period. Using that device might cancel account recovery.

Well I can call my cell from my house and it won’t ring it goes straight to voicemail I can give it to you and you can see… idk what my little sister did but I can’t get text messages nor calls and it seems to be slowing down what can I do the account recovery takes several days and that’s crazy I need this phone for when me and my wife and son are on The road and an emergency happens and I can’t call nobody or text nobody or nothing like that you know I’m really worried does anybody know any kind of trick or anything please

Right I just thought that if I have all my account information except for the password like my phone code and finger print and it’s in my location and all why they can’t reset the password for me like my online banking or my version google and or social media accounts you know but I completely understand! But dose anyone know if it affects your receiving messages and calls or not or is there another issue I should be considered about??

The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process.
