Operating System Update

Computer is 10 years old (manuf in 2011) Came with OS Lion. Currently using OS High Sierra. Can this be updated or secured. Do not want to buy a new computer. Have iPhone 6s and iPad Pro 2018

Hello. A 2011 iMac cannot run macOS versions newer than macOS 10.13.
