Sir, is there another way to upgrade it. I am an Afghan refugee housed in military base in USA where I am not able to access to the WiFi. Meanwhile, I own this device from our organization, and they have me a deadline of 20 September to upgrade your iOS to the latest version, otherwise you will lose your data and you will not be able to access to the organization email.
Sir, my official email address is very important to me since I can contact with my supervisors and receive some important updates regarding my case status.

Sir, I am not able to access to the WiFi to upgrade my iOS. But I have the cellular data and through that I can’t upgrade the iOS?
The device is iPhone XR
needs to upgrade the iOS to the latest version of 14.8
WiFi is required to complete the update.
If you do not have access to a WiFi network, or a computer with iTunes, you can not update the device.
So there is no other way to update it? Can’t you update it from your system in Apple Inc?
