I am following the vague instruction Apple provides, but EVERYTIME I touch the clip I want to make into a highlight reel, iMovie sends me right back to the beginning.
EVERY movie I have imported, when I touch the clip to trim it, takes the start and stop yellow bars to the begnning and end of the footage.
Where is a DETAILED explanation on how to use this "application"?
NOTHING is working right.

Just to piggy back off of your question, I notice there are some important features missing from the iPad app. I have an iPad Pro as well. There is no noise reduction feature, that I can find. And, I can't get the projects I start on my iPad to sync to my MacBook Pro iMovie. What am I doing wrong?
That is what I was using, or should say was attempting to use, but the instructions, and my brand new iPad Pro do not play nice.
