My daughter was changing her passcode and her phone dropped, so she did not know what key(s) were hit before it locke on her. I followed the Apple Directions for restoring it which erased all of her content and she does not know where to locate the password to her iCloud. Is it possible to reset the password to to her icloud without losing all of her data?
