My IPAD is disabled

How can I get back into my IPAD, it has been disabled. I am locked out of it

iPad Air 3, iOS 12

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
