How to resize photo on Preview app as 695 * 460

Hi, my dear apple friends

When I try to resize a photo on Preview app, it only shows 640 * 640. But I want to make it as 695 * 460.

Anybody can teach me how to do that?

thank you!

Toga, you have to dismiss the drop-down menu with the suggested sizes, after you click "Custom". Then you will be seeing the fields behind the drop-down menu (shown in Yer-man's screenshot), where you can enter the custom size. The menu entry "Custom" must no longer be highlighted in blue.
