If you have any ad blocker or other extensions installed, or add-on commercial VPN client app, or any add-on “security” apps installed, remove all that and try your Safari tests again.
While you’re checking, clear all saved website data. See: Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data

It’s an iPad, there is none of that.
All of what was listed (ad blockers, VPN add-ons, add-on “security” apps) is all available for an iPad. All of it. If you have checked and have none of the cited apps present here and have flushed all of the saved website data, and there is no web proxy or other “unusual” network configuration, the next step is a backup and re-install of iPadOS on the off chance something got corrupted, followed by a discussion directly with Apple.
Apple is also aware of the pink-box posting error when a login times-out followed by a re-login, and Apple is reportedly working to resolve that. That based on previous reports made to Apple.
Happens every single time..

Are you able to visit sites with a different browser?
Yes, I can visit any website with any product not made by Apple.
Also this forum is STILL broken, I must login with 2 pages open in order to post.
