iPhone 11 freezing up in "ZOOM" position

I continually have my phone freeze up .. i.e. can't touch to do any function..

have tried "OFF"... 1) right hand button 2) right and left buttons 3) sequence left buttons 1, 2 followed by

last push to right hand button.

In past month the 3rd option will usually reset..

now it is just stuck
