phone keeps crashing

my apps keep crashing, phone just stops working, what do i do

Try a Manual Shut Down:

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Select: Shut Down (Scroll to Very Bottom)
  4. Slide: Finger to the Right atop the screen
  5. Wait: 30 Seconds
  6. Power On: the iPhone
  7. Try this once more
