After iCloud transfer to iPhone 12 photos are blurry. How can I restore them to clear images again?

Hey. The photos will appear blurry at first and will download the complete photo when you click on them. In the photos setting you have an option to keep originals or save space by only downloading a preview of the photo. If you have plenty of storage in your device, choose to Download and keep originals.
