Have you turned off Bluetooth on any other devices it's been paired to?

The Keyboard is in paring mode. It’s for sure.
also, I turned off all other might be connected items. Nothing helps.
Any other idea ?

Yes. It does. I select it and after a while says- unsuccessful pairing !
I do have other devises connected successfully to the iPad - pencil, headphones.
