Book not downloaded properly

I paid £7.99 for a book with what should be 256 pages but only 35 have downloaded. Who can I contact about this?

Delete and redownload the book; if the new copy still has that issue, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

Bookcrawler ap problem The ap recognizes I have the cloud subscription for it but will not restore the purchase. Refers to trial subscription when I try to add new books. Developers web page is of no use.
