How to reset the Finder tags settings sync-ed on iCloud to be default

iCloud syncs the Finder tags information.

I want to reset the iCloud tags information so that the tags are back to the system default.

Currently, on my laptop, the Finder tags are none. The desired behavior is the Finder tags are populated with the system default ones.

Again, there are no "default" tags except for each of the seven colors that were once used for Labels, No Color, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Gray.

If you are looking to change the "Favorite" tags, you can do that in Finder Preferences, Tags tab.

If those colors do not exist, create them and drag those into Favorites.
