How many accounts have you had? If only one, then I would assume using the Apple ID (password) and eMail you used for logging in to these forums would work, given it is the same account.

For Note:

Keep personal information off of these forums (i.e. phone numbers), as these are viable for everyone out there to see. I have asked the Host to remove the phone number for Security & Privacy purposes.
