Apple Music Crashing Iphone

Hey everyone,


Since today morning My apple music app on my iphone has been crashing consistently. I have virtually done everything from reseting the network, update, restore & restarting the phone, delete and re-upload the app, switch off and on the icloud library. Same issues as in the beginning. Does anyone have any further tips?

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If your iPhone software has been updated and you continue to experience the same issue with the Apple Music app try the troubleshooting steps below and check to see if the issue still there after each one:


  1. Restart your iPhone
  2. Enable Airplane mode in Settings and try to launch the Music app
  3. Go to iPhone iPhone Settings > Music > Turn off “Show Apple Music” 
  4. Go to iPhone iPhone Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Sign Out
  5. Delete Music app and Download Music app again:

- Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

- Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad
