Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If your iPhone software has been updated and you continue to experience the same issue with the Apple Music app try the troubleshooting steps below and check to see if the issue still there after each one:
- Restart your iPhone
- Enable Airplane mode in Settings and try to launch the Music app
- Go to iPhone iPhone Settings > Music > Turn off “Show Apple Music”
- Go to iPhone iPhone Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Sign Out
- Delete Music app and Download Music app again:
- Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Download apps and games on your iPhone or iPad
