My Apple Watch series 3 stopped reading my heart rate and there is no green light underneath. I re set the watch and re paired it with my phone yesterday but still no go. Any other ideas? It also goes to sleep all the time and I have to put the pass code in. Weird !!

Make sure that you have wrist detection tuned on
From your iPhone>Watch>Passcode>Wrist Detection>Toggle this on
Also make sure you are wearing the watch tight enough and not over tattoos.
