I am contacting apple because I have just taken notice that apple is charging my bank account monthly $4.99. I did purchase the extra storage for $0.99/month but it is taking $4.99 out. Just want to figure out why?

Go here→Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support, click on Purchase History and you can see what you are being charged for. If it is an error you can request a refund from the same page, or if it is a subscription you forgot about you can cancel it, also from the same page.
