Got my AirTags today and set them up using my iPhone. Everything is great on my iPhone. However my iPad doesn’t see any of the AirTags in the Find My app. Any ideas what might be going on?

I am having the same problem except the airtag is not showing up on my find my phone on my iPhone 11 (14.5.1) or MacBook. I bought a 4 pack of the tags, only set 1 up so far. My phone helped me set it up, name it, etc but now its not showing up anywhere! Are we suppose to register these with apple?
So my AirTags which I set up on my iPhone don’t show up on my iPad, why not?
