Since updating to iOS 14.5 my Wifi Speed test have been a lot slower. We pay for 200 mbps and the devices running iOS 14.4.2 reach the 200 mbps, the iOS 14.5 devices hit around 50-70 mbps. Issue only present after the update of iOS software.

Does this occur with all networks or specific networks? If you haven't tested on another network, please do so to help isolate the issue.
Also, if you haven't already, try restarting both your device and your home network:
If the issue persists after that, try removing the Wi-Fi network and re-joining:
