I think I know what's wrong, I believe you already used a free trial for Apple Music and you are using the 1 Month Free trial for Apple One, You get the free trial for every subscription you have not already used a free trial with. This issue should resolve in a month so if you really want Apple Music just buy it for $9.99 for 1 month and that will solve your issue.
