Manual workout entry

Two days ago my watch was charging while I worked out. I forgot to manually log the work out until today, but when I do, the fitness app shows the manual entry for that day but it wont update the rings for that day. Is there a away to get the rings to match the workout entry? In have a very long streak I don’t want broken.

I’ve tried to change the date on my iphone back two days and log the workout then but the rings still didnt update

You cannot retrospectively add workouts,it has to be done on the same day as the workout to affect the 3 rings.
