All of a sudden this morning my screenshot buttons stopped functioning. Is this a software bug or something? My wife has the same phone and hers still works. And yes I’m hitting the right buttons.

Force restart the phone
Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
