My settings icon has disappeared from my home page on my apple 6 S phone. How do I get it back

Your Settings app has been moved in to the App Library.

Go to your iPhone home screen, and swipe as far to the right as you can until you enter the App Library. Find the Settings app, long press and drag it back to the home screen.
