Is there a way to just delete magnifier app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max because it’s so annoying every time I disable it it just come back and installs itself again and I don’t know why.

Turn it off if you don't want it. You don't delete it.

Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier - Turn it off
