How can I put/get more space on my mac so I can get the new MOS update?

If that does not free up enough space for you, then you need to consider purchasing an external drive to tenser files onto. Then you can delete them from your hard drive to clear needed space. These days external drives are reasonably priced, compact, easy to install with the provided cable and typically do not require external power. All you may have to do is reformat the disk. Easy to do and done.
