So my mac keeps getting this notification, “”OperativeMachined” will damage your computer.” and it won’t disappear when I click ok or show in finder. Does anyone know what I can do? I believe it’s a possible virus that installed through a back door website.

It is not a virus but it is probably malware.
Fortunately, your mac built-in security is blocking it, that is why you are seeing this message.
You can run the free version of MalwareBytes to try and remove it.
