Stand reminders suddenly stopped working

I have a Apple Series 5 watch and suddenly the stand reminders stopped alerting me. I have made sure both my phone and watch are updated, checked settings, restarted both phone and watch and have even unpaired and re-paired but I am still not getting the reminder. Any suggestions or advice on what I can do is appreciated. Thank you!
