Stand reminders suddenly stopped working

I have a Apple Series 5 watch and suddenly the stand reminders stopped alerting me. I have made sure both my phone and watch are updated, checked settings, restarted both phone and watch and have even unpaired and re-paired but I am still not getting the reminder. Any suggestions or advice on what I can do is appreciated. Thank you!

All I can suggest is that you double check that in the Activity setting

notifications are on and
you have turned on Stand Reminders.

Also make sure you have the Stand goal set to where you want.
