Updates not showing
Currently on 12.5.1 update, but the iPhone states that 12.5.1 is the most up to date software how do I fix this ?

You can't. An unit running 12.5.1 doesn't have enough RAM for 13 or above.

You purchase a newer phone, capable of running the newer iOS versions. Your phone is nearly 7 years old now. It's too old, too under powered, no longer supported and can't run anything higher.
