How to reset iPhone passcode if I don't have a computer

I forgot my passcode on fron of my phone and i do not have a computer i do have another i phone on that same apple i.d. anyway i can reset the phone n get it unlocked

You need a computer, borrow it from a friend or relative.

Read here => If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

FYI: Passcode can be the same but you cannot remotely unlock using another iPhone.
