I cannot change my country/region for my apple ID on my Iphone.

Although I have the correct region on my apple ID registration as shown on my Macbook for the App store and Itunes. I still cannot download any apps from my Iphone.. I keep getting the notification:

" You have one or more Apple TV subscriptions which must be cancelled before you can change your country or region" - but the region is correct...

what are some suggestions?
