Mr. Jobs has been deceased for quite some years, now.

If your iPad's screen is broken, then It needs to be repaired or replaced.

AND

Search online to locate and call contact your nearest, “local” Apple Store location to make an appointment to get your Apple iPad repaired/replaced.

OR, failing that,

Contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities OR by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.

If it is a temporary screen glitch, you can try a forced restart of your iPad:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top (power) button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 20-40 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear).

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support directly (they have tools to run remote diagnostics), using the following link:--> Get Support
