After importing photos sent to me on Messages 14.0, I imported them into Photos. They appear in the category "Recents" but do not appear when I select "Library" and "All Photos."
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

If they're in 'Recents' then they are in 'all Photos' and 'Library'. Recents is a subset of both of those. Right click on one of the images and choose 'Show In All Photos'.
Usually this indicates that the date on the images is not what you're expecting it to be.

Control (right) - click on one of the photos in Recents and select "Show in All Photos" from the contextual menu. That will take you to the photo in the Library view.
