Music does not have Account menu

I am logged into iCloud on my computer. I am running OS 11.2. The computer I am running the Music app on is an authorized device according to when I access my account via another authorized computer. There are only 2 authorized computers.


When I launch Music there is no Account menu which is usually between Controls & Windows. How do I fix this?

Preference setting under Restrictions was set to Disable iTunes Store. Unchecking that brought up the Account menu and the iTunes Store.
