Withdrawing money from the card

Hello


01/19/2021 at 21:20 Kiev time, APPLE automatically debited $ 24.99 from my card (end 0836 -unpinned now so that there are no write-offs again) - I don't understand why.

All subscriptions are disabled.

Moreover! last month there was a similar write-off of $ 24.99!

I don’t want to pay it and I don’t understand why! How can I take my money back.
