Lose sound on MP4 files uploaded to iCloud

Hi,

Here is my issue with video files that loses sound:

1) I record videos on my phone (Samsung S10). Sound is fine and working on the video when played on Samsung phone device

2) I copy the sound files to the iCloud Photos folder that syncs with iCloud in the cloud. Sound is fine and working on the video when played on desktop application in Windows (application is Film & TV app for Windows 10)

3) I run the video file that has been uploaded to iCloud from icloud.com portal, and the sound is gone.

4) I download the video file to desktop again from icloud.com and there is no sound on the file.

I just uploaded 10 video clips, and on 2 on them the sound went missing with the abovementioned process. The video file are all created and recorded with the same phone device.
