system preferences
Hello,
I have troubles unlocking system preferences (security and privacy & user groups). It is not a password issue. Any ideas? I recently updated to Big Sur.

Hi sabineimpactgap,
Does your user account still have administrator privileges? To check:
- Open System Preferences -> Users and Groups.
- If the checkbox for "Allow user to administer this computer" is checked, you are still an administrator. If not, your account somehow lost admin privileges.
