Hello, I missed my iPhone when “find my iPhone is off” is there anyway to know where is my iPhone

I’m asking is there anyway to find it ? To turning it ON ,

because I need important information about my work on it

If you did not have Find My turned on.. then there is no way to locate it or turn it on remotely
