Can’t use iPhone because of iCloud

My kid Took my iPhone ( unused ) and put a iCloud on it. Won’t give me the iCloud to use the phone. What can I do?

There is nothing that you can do on your own. You need the kid’s help. Follow the advice in this support article. Your kid will have to do this. He or she is on effect, the previous owner for the purposes of understanding what to do.
